Didn't know about the extra cod fee when UPS showed up. And the color purple wasn't the same as the picture. Still beautiful vestment, but not the same color purple. When I went back and looked, now it shows the same. I saved the picture of the one I thought I was getting. Definitely different.

I am disappointed with UPS, they changed the delivery date several times and took payment for the customs charges out of my account twice. They are not very good at responding to communications. This is not your fault and I don't blame you, but it has soured the experience a little. I will be using you again, but hopefully you will use a different courier service.

A little disappointed with the confusion over import tax. Had I know the extra cost we may have not purchased. The vestment was given as by a gift to the church.
