To check the order status, enter its number (you can find it in the e-mail which you have received after placing an order) and your phone number or e-mail address.
The order arrived within an acceptable time and it was well-packed and in good condition. The only negative thing -- and this may not be from your side -- is that I paid $106 for shipping, and then when it arrived I had to pay another $72 to receive it.
