Ordering was not straightforward. Found it impossible to pay by credit card (three attempts) other than by American Express which I do not possess, but straightforward by Debit card. Item was well made and attractive to look at. Delivery was on time with my instructions about phoning adhered to. Now knowing that credit card payments are not accepted. I would recommend Ackermann and its products to anyone.
